Telecom Feature Tester
- Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customer lab facilities and first-market applications
- Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities
- Conduct proof-of-concept testing with customers for pre-commercial products and next-gen Radio access technology
- Support Ericsson NPI projects - integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing across BBU (baseband units) and Radios on various technologies/bands
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer, and EU, resolving issues throughout the project
- Participate in lab testing, working with the delivery manager and customer to define scope, resources, and timeline
- Execute the Test Object List (TOL)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in existing networks
- Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance
