Business Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support operational and contract-related data management, with a strong focus on invoicing processes, data tracking, and reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting workflow efficiency, and contributing to program continuity and risk reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support invoice processing, validation, and quality assurance workflows.
- Maintain and organize operational data in Excel and internal systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Use internal mapping/GIS tools to validate field data.
- Identify discrepancies, follow SOPs, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain tracking tools and data repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflows and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, multi-tab workbooks).
- Experience with invoicing and AP/AR workflows.
- Basic Power BI knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure environments.
