Pay Rate
- $30 - $46/hour (based on experience)
- Same Day Pay for all Employees!
- PTO 80 hours vacation 40 hours sick time (rollover available)
- 6 Personal Days

- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment
- Full Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours
- Evenings and Nights
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
- Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to high‑quality, resident‑focused care
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
