- Must be at least 25 years old with clean driving record.
- Drive residents to and from doctor's appointments, stores and outings.
- Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Carpentry experience, preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
- Light plumbing experience
- Light electrical experience
- Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
- Enthusiastic
- Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures
