LPNs must have a kind, patient and empathetic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care.

• PCC
• Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home settings
  
  
  

Lorien LPN Pool Requirements

• You must have at least 2 year of LPN direct care experience
• You are expected to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month in 2 different facilities.
• Call outs are made directly to the facility where the shift you are calling out for is scheduled.
• Active LPN Maryland license
• BLS or CPR
