💊 Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations
📝 Accurately document medication administration and promptly report errors, refusals, or adverse reactions
👀 Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing leadership
🤝 Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence
🧼 Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of medications at all times
🛡️ Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
🧠 Work collaboratively with the nursing team under the direction of the Director of Nursing
❤️ Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care that supports comfort, safety, and quality of life

- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Every Other Weekend Rotation *required*
