Lorien Harmony Hall is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the care and safety of our residents by maintaining the facility’s interior and exterior environments. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the proper preparation, repair, application, and ongoing care of painted and related surfaces, as well as general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned work orders and repairs in a timely manner
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inside and outside the facility
- Assist with or oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed
- Maintain painted and related surfaces in a safe and professional manner
- Support general facility upkeep including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC‑related tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous maintenance or related experience preferred
- Carpentry experience a plus
- Strong HVAC knowledge or certification preferred
- Experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical work
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to manage a physical workload safely and effectively
Schedule Requirements:
- Full‑Time Hours
- Monday – Friday
- Weekend on‑call rotation required
