Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatrics
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Are you a compassionate, energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves working with children? We're growing and looking for a dedicated COTA to join our pediatric therapy team in Tallahassee!
Our practice has proudly served children and families for more than 26 years, providing high-quality Occupational and Speech Therapy services in our pediatric clinic and community settings. We are committed to delivering individualized, family-centered care that helps every child reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
Provide pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans.
Document services in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with therapists, families, physicians, and educators.
Educate caregivers on home programs and strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Current Florida COTA license.
NBCOT certification.
Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with pediatric fieldwork are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for working with children and families.
