Outpatient Registered Dietitian, P/T w/ eating disorder experience

Well-established private practice (est. 1989) seeks a part-time Registered Dietitian for outpatient nutrition counseling to work with the eating disorder population. Position is minimally 12 hours a week, up to 20. Eating disorder experience mandatory and comfort with other MNT desirable. We do the marketing, schedule the patients, provide the EHR, do the billing, cover liability, provide a lovely work environment and provide supervision. Position is hybrid--with some time in the Quincy office and some via telehealth. Ability to work independently is essential, while training and guidance is also provided.

Job Duties:

-Provide individual or family education and counseling to clients.

-Work with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, with an emphasis on eating disorders.

-Document sessions in electronic health record.

-Communicate with client’s providers as needed.

Job Requirements:

-Experience working with eating disorders

-Experience providing 1:1 counseling

-Registered dietitian, licensed in MA

-Contract with insurance (this can be completed after hire, but please indicate if you are already on any insurance panels)

-Availability to work afternoons and some evenings
