Senior Python Full Stack Developer – GenAI / AI Security

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer with expertise in Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Security, and Red Teaming. The ideal candidate will have experience building secure, enterprise-grade AI applications using modern Python frameworks, LangChain, and AI orchestration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Develop AI agents and workflows using LangChain and MCP.

• Perform AI Red Teaming, prompt injection testing, and security assessments.

• Build scalable REST APIs and backend services using Python.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain API automation testing frameworks.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.

• Follow software engineering and AI security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional Python development experience.

• Strong expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.

• Strong experience with LangChain and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar.

• Experience with AI Security, Red Teaming, prompt injection testing, and jailbreak testing.

• Experience with API automation testing using tools such as PyTest and Postman.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment workflows.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Salary : $65 - $70
