Job Description:-
We are looking to hire interns to work within our internal finance team.
Administrative Tasks
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
- Data Entry: Inputing property information into databases or CRM systems
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and property showings.
Market Research
- Property Listings: Researching and updating listings for available properties.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and preparing reports.
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): Assisting in creating CMAs to help set property prices.
Client Interaction
- Client Communication: Assisting with client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Showings: Helping with property showings and open houses.
- Marketing Materials: Preparing brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for properties.
Transaction Support
- Documentation: Assisting with the preparation and review of real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Due Diligence: Helping with due diligence activities, such as property inspections and appraisals.
- Closing Coordination: Supporting the coordination of property closings.
Financial Analysis
- Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of property budgets and financial reports.
- Investment Analysis: Supporting the analysis of real estate investments and return on investment calculations.
