Loretta’s Last Call is one of Lansdowne Street’s most dynamic destinations—a place where great drinks, live music, and good times come together. We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to keep both staff and guests engaged.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations with a strong presence on the floor
- Motivate and manage a dynamic front-of-house team
- Ensure excellent guest experiences with a focus on hospitality and consistency
- Partner with ownership to hit sales goals and maintain standards
- Oversee scheduling, training, and day-to-day problem solving
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or bar management experience (high-volume strongly preferred)
- A leadership style that’s upbeat, approachable, and hands-on
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with both staff and guests
- A passion for hospitality and creating a lively, welcoming environment
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience
