As a Therapeutic Mentor, you would determine the interventions & activities that will be most effective in achieving the treatment goals. Interventions may take place in the youth’s home or in a community setting.

Requirements

As a Therapeutic Mentor, you would determine the interventions & activities that will be most effective in achieving the treatment goals. Interventions may take place in the youth’s home or in a community setting.
What do I need to bring to the position?
- High School Diploma/HISET and two (2) two years of experience working with youth in any capacity OR
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in the human services field from an accredited school and one (1) year of experience working with youth in any capacity
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience collaborating with multiple team members to achieve a common goal
- Excellent written and verbal skills that foster clear, respectful, and empathetic communication
- Cultural humility that allows you to work effectively with individuals of various backgrounds
- Knowledge of community resources and child/family-serving systems (preferred, but not required)
