We are looking for outpatient therapist within the next 6 months who can provide quality, cost-effective outpatient care for clients and their families! OutpatientTherapists at Lorenzi Health LLC., assesses, diagnoses, creates treatment plans, and the provision of therapeutic interventions. The therapist works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental well-being of our clients!
We are looking for outpatient therapists who can fill these type of roles :
- Outpatient Therapist - Master Level
- Outpatient Therapist - LCSW Required, as well must be willing to primarily work with youth clients
- Outpatient Therapist who is Independently Licensed (LISCW or LMHC)
Outpatient Therapist Responsibilities :
Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs in order to direct treatment planningCreate and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goalsOffer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessionsRespond to mental health crises and provide immediate support and intervention as neededCoordinate care with other health professionals, social services, and community resources to support client needsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in case consultations to ensure comprehensive careEducate clients and their families about mental health conditions and advocate for necessary services and support.Other responsibilities deemed necessary for the position.Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Must have one of the following Licenses :LCSWLISCWLMHCOR Must have a Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology or social workStrong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilitiesFamiliarity with evidence-based practices, crisis intervention techniques, and mental health laws and ethicsEmpathetic, patient, and dedicated to client careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to handle multiple tasks / projects and prioritize each task accordinglyMust value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgroundsApproved CORI checkPreferred Skills & Qualifications :
Experience with specific populations (e.g., children, adolescents, veterans) or treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR)Bilingual capabilities are a plusWilling to obtain or currently holds a CANS CertificateMinimum of [2-3] years of clinical experience in a mental health settingFull Time AvailablityWork primilary with youth age clientWork Location : Hybrid (In person / Remote)
