What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker - 2nd Shift position at Loren Cook Company?
The Maintenance Worker is a hands-on position, responsible for proper maintenance and repair of all production equipment. 2nd shift hours - 4pm to 12:30am.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs as assigned either individually or with other maintenance team members.
- Communicate and collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to prioritize repairs/projects.
- Ensure safety standards are followed while performing repairs.
- Track and log preventive maintenance according to schedule.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-3 plus years maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics, hydraulics, 1/3 phase electrical systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
