Duties
- Sort and organize paperwork
- Retrieve shipped orders from files
- Process files to be completed in a timely, accurate and organized manner
- Prepare and organize shop paperwork and make photocopies, if necessary
- Place materials into storage receptacles such as filing cabinets, boxes, bins or drawers, according to classification and identification information
Requirements
- Great time management, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Significant attention to detail
- Experience in sorting, filing and photocopying
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
