What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Bartender position at Lore?
Elephant Tribe Hospitality Group is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee the beverage program.
All candidates must have minimum 4 years previous NYC restaurant/cocktail bar experience (or comparable), great social skills, and be organized, detail-oriented and kind. This person should have a command of service, wine, spirits, and food knowledge in tandem with understanding how to manage the bar consistently with tact and grace.
The Head Bartender will be the ambassador of our beverage program and is also expected to interact with the guests and elevate their dining experience.
The position is full-time and requires evening and weekend availability. We will work with every member to ensure a healthy balance, as well as provide education and other tools needed to succeed.
This position has many growth opportunities in the pipeline which can lead to a possible beverage director style role.
