Spa Attendant

At Lore Bathing Club, our Spa Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience of our bathing spaces. This role is primarily focused on locker room and pool area upkeep. You will also be cross-trained on front desk operations to support the team when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in a wellness and hospitality environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms throughout the shift.

• Restock towels, and locker room amenities regularly.

• Check and maintain stock levels of retail products and guest-use supplies.

• Maintain clean, sanitary showers, including regular removal of hair and debris.

• Ensure floors, vanities, mirrors, and wet areas remain clean, dry, and presentable.

• Monitor locker room conditions and address cleaning needs proactively.

• Maintain cleanliness of pool, sauna, and cold plunge areas.

• Regularly squeegee floors to prevent water buildup and ensure safety.

• Restock towels and spa supplies throughout the shift.

• Walk the floor with awareness, ensuring guest areas meet Lore’s standards.

• Maintain an organized, calm, and welcoming spa environment.

• Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting guests and assisting with check-in.

• Support team operations during busy periods.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence.

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.

• Maintain Lore Bathing Club’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

• Communicate clearly with team members and management.

• Arrive on time and perform duties reliably and consistently.

• Support overall team flow and operations.

• Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, hotel, or guest service environments preferred.
• Weekend availability 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Proactive and observant with the ability to take initiative.

• Comfortable working in warm, humid spa environments.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform light lifting throughout shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Interest in wellness and hospitality.
  
  

• $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
