As a Business Solutions Consultant at Lord & Griffin IT Solutions, you will be the strategic bridge between our clients’ business goals and our technology capabilities. You will identify opportunities, shape tailored solution offerings, and guide decision-makers on how to leverage our services to drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

- Present solution recommendations and proposals clearly, translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools to track outreach, opportunities, proposals, and closed-won engagements.
- Represent Lord & Griffin IT Solutions at networking events, webinars, industry meetups, and other lead-generating activities.
- Build long-term client partnerships, staying engaged post-sale to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Prior experience in business development, consulting, account management, or solution sales is preferred, especially in IT, SaaS, or technology services.
- Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, cloud, data, or AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to understand business processes and articulate how technology can improve efficiency, revenue, or customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to business and technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
No direct IT implementation experience is required—if you are coachable, business-minded, and eager to learn, we will equip you with the knowledge and tools to position our services effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfort discussing topics such as cloud migration, system integration, automation, analytics, or digital strategy (or a strong willingness to learn).
