Requirements For Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities Of RN Unit Manager

  • Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing units
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel by current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
  • Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed
  • Responsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not present
  • Performs a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes

RN Unit Manager may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
