Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
-Bar and Wine experience preferred
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
