Duties
- Perform targeted post-operative massage treatments focusing on areas affected by surgery to facilitate healing and pain relief
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and tailor sessions to individual needs
- Utilize advanced massage modalities such as deep tissue therapy and trigger point therapy to address muscle tension and discomfort
- Educate patients on post-op care routines, including self-massage techniques and occupational health tips for ongoing recovery
- Uphold the highest standards of patient service, ensuring a comfortable, professional, and empathetic environment at all times
Skills
- Strong background in patient service with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport
