What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Staff Assistant, Records position at Lorain County Community College?
Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Services and the Registrar, the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing detailed information about Lorain County Community College, especially the areas Registrar’s Office. Additionally, the Staff Assistant will be responsible for knowing key information about enrollment policies and procedures, including the various Enrollment Services transactions, to make appropriate referrals. The environment can be incredibly fast-paced; therefore, a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. The incumbent may be required to work some evening hours when needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent learning is required. Associate Degree is preferred. Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PeopleSoft experience, ability to multi-task, stellar customer service skills, and ability to flourish in a team environment are necessary. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products and experience with a student information system is preferred.
