Job DescriptionResponsibilities include reviewing treatment plans, verifying dental insurance eligibility and benefits, discussing financial arrangements with patients, scheduling treatment appointments, processing referrals and payments, checking patients in and out, providing patient communication and education, handling phone and email correspondence, managing information, and light tidying of the patient waiting area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
- Minimum of 1 year of DENTRIX dental software experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and filing is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
