Job Overview
Lopez Property Solutions LLC is a growing real estate investment and property preservation company seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking independent subcontractors to join our expanding network.
We specialize in property preservation, maintenance, repairs, and rehabilitation services for residential and commercial properties throughout Western New York.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, can complete assignments independently, and are committed to delivering quality results.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced property preservation contractors, maintenance professionals, landscapers, handymen, and individuals with general construction experience.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on experience and available assignments, projects may include:
- Lawn mowing, weed trimming, and landscaping
- Property cleanouts, trash removal, and debris hauling
- Interior and exterior property maintenance
- Minor residential repairs and handyman services
- Painting, drywall, flooring, and carpentry
- Winterization and seasonal maintenance
- Snow removal and exterior cleanup
- Securing vacant properties and board-up services
- Completing bid requests and property condition assessments
- Taking clear before, during, and after photographs
- Submitting work documentation through our property preservation work order system
Qualifications
- Experience in property preservation, landscaping, maintenance, or construction preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Smartphone capable of taking and uploading job-site photographs
- Ability to follow work order instructions
- Reliable communication and transportation
- Personal tools and equipment appropriate for accepted assignments preferred
- Ability to provide required contractor documentation, including tax information and applicable insurance
Compensation & Work Structure
This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly employment position.
Contractors will receive available work order opportunities and may accept or decline assignments based on availability, qualifications, and agreed project compensation.
Payment amounts are established for each approved project.
Contractors are responsible for performing accepted assignments according to agreed specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
