About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead planning and execution across multiple channels, with a strong focus on Hispanic markets. This role is ideal for someone who blends data-driven decision-making with cultural fluency. This is an onsite Houston role...Houston is beautiful and super BIG.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels
- Negotiate, place, and optimize media buys to maximize ROI
- Leverage audience insights to effectively reach multicultural and bilingual segments
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to drive campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of media trends, platforms, and emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 years of media buying/planning experience (agency experience a MUST)
- Strong understanding of multicultural and/or Hispanic markets
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Proven track record managing budgets and delivering measurable results
- Experience with digital platforms (programmatic, social, search) and traditional media
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Required Skills
