About the Role:
We are looking for a licensed Oregon real estate agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the client experience—without the pressure of marketing, branding, or lead generation. If you're a new agent looking for direction, this role offers the perfect path to learn the business and grow with a successful team.
You will play a critical role in the most important part of the process: helping clients find the right home.
This position starts full-time with bonus opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with clients and keep them informed of new listings
- Show homes to buyers based on their needs, wants, and budget
- Schedule and coordinate showings and appointments
- Host open houses regularly
- Attend home inspections and support clients during key milestones
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and listing agents
- Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
What You Won’t Be Responsible For:
- Writing contracts
- Negotiations
- Repair requests or transaction management (handled by team leads)

Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Real Estate License
