Lopez And Associates Behavior Consulting is a growing ABA agency serving children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities throughout Northern New Jersey.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician / RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will include:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reducing challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies
• Collecting and recording accurate session data using our digital platform
• Collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Completion of OR enrollment in a 40-hour RBT training course (RBT certification preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for early afternoons, afternoons, and/or evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Interest in long-term growth in the field of ABA

Current Immediate Needs

Ocean County

• Brick Township, NJ: 3:00pm-6:00pm, Monday - Friday
