Job Overview
LooseLeaf International is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to support our Delaware warehouse operations. This role will assist with day-to-day warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, receiving, shipping, and general warehouse organization.
This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the Delaware warehouse expands.
The ideal candidate has strong warehouse experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can help maintain accurate inventory, efficient order fulfillment, and a clean, organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory organization, fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Help maintain accurate inventory through proper system transactions, organization, cycle counts, and attention to detail.
- Assist with order fulfillment to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety, and overall efficiency.
- Help identify inventory discrepancies, process issues, or operational concerns and communicate them to management.
- Follow company procedures for product handling, inventory control, lot tracking, and product rotation.
- Use warehouse systems, inventory tools, and basic computer applications as needed.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving product, unloading shipments, and preparing outgoing orders.
- Lead by example on the warehouse floor and support accountability, productivity, and accuracy.
- Follow all company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience required.
- Prior warehouse lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize product as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and/or warehouse management systems.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, such as Odoo or similar, is a plus.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Schedule
This is a part-time position to start. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process. The role has potential to transition into a full-time position as business needs grow.

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
