What You'll Do
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures
- Meet and maintain department KPIs following the training period
- Work independently while sustaining consistent productivity and accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fulfillment processes, and operational standards
- Support inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Clock in/out on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Contribute positively to team morale and operational efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Availability to work most Saturdays and some Sundays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers for prolonged periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Personal accountability and pride in quality work
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
