Heavy Equipment Division Sales Manager- HYBRID ROLE
60-80k base 40k minimum commission possibility!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Heavy Equipment Division Sales Manager to lead and grow our heavy equipment auction segment. This is a hybrid role combining equipment expertise, client relationship management, and sales, with the opportunity to play a key role in our quarterly auctions.
Our company conducts four major equipment auctions per year, and this position is critical to ensuring each event is successful—from securing inventory to supporting operations and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure heavy equipment inventory for upcoming auctions
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fleet owners, and equipment sellers
- Evaluate equipment, pricing, and market demand
- Manage pre-auction sales pipeline and consigner communication
- Support auction execution, including on-site coordination as needed
- Assist with additional operational tasks between auction cycles
- Ensure all equipment listings are accurate, detailed, and market-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (construction, ag, trucks, etc.)
- Sales experience or a natural ability to build and close deals
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Self-starter who can manage relationships and drive results independently
Compensation
- Base salary (DOE)
- Bonus structure tied to each auction (4 per year)
