As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for Loop and our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies that align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from job description creation to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Post job openings, screen applications, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Advise on offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Represent Loop at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment sessions.
- Support other recruiting initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior recruiting or staffing experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies for varied roles
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
