Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers
- Maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs
- Manage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines
- Ensures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products
- Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team
- Adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards
- Support opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Follow safety and security standards diligently
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management
- Managing the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner.
- Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional.
- Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times.
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
- Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as needed
- Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines
- Cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
- Escalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork and punctuality skills
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
