Salary Range: $75,000.00-$90,000.00

Vintner’s Distributors, founded in 1978 and based in Union City, CA, is the corporate arm of Loop Neighborhood and Poppy Markets. The company develops real estate and owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores, car washes, fresh food options, and restaurants across California. It also runs a wholesale division that supplies fuel to dealer locations throughout the state.

Position Summary

The Pricebook Analyst will support the Marketing team in the development and execution of various Pricebook activities, projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Pricebook and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining and executing various Pricebook initiatives such as Data Validation, EDI, Promotions, Rebates, Loyalty, Scan Data, Planograms and Item Setup/Maintenance
• Research and analyze internal and external data
• Assist with the creation of reports and other Pricebook materials
• Support the team in organizing and managing events and promotions
• Monitor and report on the success of Pricebook initiatives
• Provide field support for Pricebook issues
• Work closely with Pricebook Manager on Best Practice improvements
• Any other projects assigned by the Pricebook Manager / Director of Marketing

Requirements

Skills and Competencies

· 5 years or equivalent experience with Pricebook

· Experience with PDI Enterprise methodology and best practices

· In-depth Excel knowledge – experience working with formulas and large data sets

· Presentation skills –ability to articulate in a persuasive and effective manner

· Attention to detail – Strong commitment to excellence and high standards

· Problem solving skills – versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities

· Team Player – ability and willingness to be a flexible and innovative team player with a roll-up-the-sleeves and hands on approach
