Loop Linen Service, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to become part of our company’s Equipment Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate should have the experience in industrial equipment maintenance, electrical experience, and preventive maintenance .
Electrical Experience Preferred.
Rotating Saturdays as needed with potential to earn over time
Pay is depending on experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
2. Repair machinery in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications
3. Execute daily wok orders and preventive maintenance tasks
4. Troubleshoot, repair and support all production equipment and control systems
5. Maintain the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems in production and supporting departments
6. Maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems.
7. Record daily utility and operating productivity and upkeep of equipment maintenance records.
8. Comply with all company safety standards, policies, and guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe working environment, and protection of all company assets.
Self-motivated, proactive person that finishes all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1. 3 years experience with building maintenance, machine maintenance, or related fields
2. At least 2 years electrical experience
3. Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, fixtures from blueprints, schematics, and sketches
4. Knowledge in PLC logic and basic programming (programmable Logic Controller)
5. Ability to read and understand an electrical schematic
6. Basic plumbing/pipefitting
7. Ability to work with hand tools and meters on machines
8. Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
9. Ability to work in a physical environment
10. Team orientated, ability to multitask, and prioritize scheduled and unscheduled activities
11. Experience in a production environment a plus
12. Industrial/commercial maintenance experience necessary
