As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing the ideal backend system architecture, addressing customer pain points, and contributing to the overall success of our platform.Key Responsibilities:System Architecture:Develop an ideal backend system architecture to solve problems efficiently.Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.Customer Interaction:Engage with customers to understand their pain points. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experienceCritical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up. Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias.What We're Seeking:6 years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for Senior roles.Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.Write clean and maintainable code using Python, Django, PostGreSQL / any relevant backend stackTroubleshoot and debug issues in the backend systemOptimize the performance of the backend services (GCP , DBT)We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
