You’ll be at the center of product development, helping to shape our roadmap and bring cutting-edge AI platforms to life. This role is a critical multi-faceted role in an early-stage team where you’ll drive product management but also play an important part in product marketing and program management. You’ll work across AI, software engineering, data science, machine learning, partnerships, and enterprise software systems to deliver products that solve high-impact problems in supply chain management. This key position reports to the project lead for our moonshot.

  • Create experiences that inspire confidence, delight and resonate with end users, and encourage adoption and trust
  • Define and implement metrics that validate 10x impact
  • Working closely with our researchers, engineers, designers, and partners to guide development and bring our roadmap to life during the product lifecycle:
    • Represent the voice of the market, our partners, and customers
    • Maintain focus on roadmap priorities
    • Determine, prioritize, and manage scope of sprints and releases
    • Propose creative solutions to technical issues and challenges
    • If needed, provide program management to manage and coordinate the schedule, activities, and deliverables of internal and external parties
  • Develop clear, concise product documentation
  • Create materials and give presentations that evangelize and articulate product vision, roadmap, and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
  • Understand and monitor the market and ecosystem for supply chain management
  • Develop novel business models

What you should have:

  • BS degree in technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience via multiple years as a product manager
  • 8 years of demonstrable product management experience in building and launching successful products to enterprise customers and partners
  • Experience in enterprise software/SaaS, particularly with one or more of the following: procurement, sourcing, or supply chain risk
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., scrum), related tools (e.g., Jira), and collaborative software development workflows and platforms (e.g. GitHub)
  • Experience with using and developing with current AI platforms and tools
  • Experience deploying products and services to customers
  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Ability to achieve goals through influence and collaboration
  • Ability to thrive and execute quickly in an environment of constant change and uncertainty
  • Ability to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks.

It’d be great if you also had these:

  • Experience in startups or small-team environments
