Loon Mountain is seeking a skilled and safety-focused individual to join our grounds maintenance team as a Snow Operations Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort's snow-covered trails and parking areas are safe and accessible for guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a schedule based on weather conditions and operational needs.
- Assist with repairing potholes and maintaining parking lots, roadways, and access points.
- Maintain and perform all contractual responsibilities contained within Loon Mountain's snow removal contracts.
- Remove snow from parking lots, roadways, and access points in a safe and efficient manner, using equipment such as backhoes, dump trucks, and plows.
- Contribute to team efforts by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort, and participating in safety meetings.
