Overview:
Organize and run all matters related to reservations, registration, daily books, and cash out for the Children's Center Programs. This is a Saturday & Sunday position with required holidays.
As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Snowports programs
Answer incoming calls, take reservations and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist instructors with students needs, such as at lunch and snack times, using the restroom, and dressing for lessons.
Assist the supervisors in the different Snowsports departments when needed.
Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing; assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort; participating in daily safety and service meetings; accept diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Must have good communication skills.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
