What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adventure Center Desk Attendant | Part Time position at Loon Mountain?
Overview:
To aid in the general operation of the Adventure center by being attentive to customers and their needs, answer questions and phones, handles money, and fits guests for rental equipment. The desk clerk is responsible for processing all applicable paperwork. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and talk with customers, answering questions and finding out what they need
- Selling all summer products and finalizing pre-reserved products
- Checking for waiver completion for all guests
- Answer phones
- Clean Adventure Center on a regular basis alongside other staff

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
