Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Noon Duty role located in Loomis, CA. The Noon Duty team member supervises students during lunch, recess, and other designated non-classroom times to support a safe and respectful campus environment. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, reinforcing school rules, and intervening calmly and appropriately when conflicts arise. The Noon Duty team member helps organize and oversee play areas, assists with lunchroom routines, and ensures that walkways and common spaces are orderly. The role also includes communicating clearly with teachers and administrators about student concerns and contributing to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students.

- Skills in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and positive behavior reinforcement when addressing student issues.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow school policies, procedures, and directions from school administrators.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and supervise in varying weather conditions, with attention to student safety at all times.
- Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth program setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of basic safety or first aid training is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo required background checks and clearances in accordance with district and state regulations.
