What You'll Do
- Prepare sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast items, and daily specials to Loomie's standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish
- Prep ingredients and restock stations throughout the day
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service
- Wash dishes and help keep the dish area running smoothly
- Receive and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Communicate inventory needs before supplies run low
- Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
- Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
- Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and menu development

- Has line cook or prep cook experience
- Works cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Can multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
