Loom Talent are supporting a logistics/distribution organisation who are on a really impressive growth trajectory. They are a global organisation with sites across the US and are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis in New Jersey.
You will work alongside another HR BP to support sites in Middlesex with headcounts of upwards of c200 employees.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to site leadership, including guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance issues, and HR policy application.
- Partner closely with Operations and Shift Managers to ensure labour planning, staffing levels, and workforce deployment meet operational demands.
- Coach key stake holders an HR best practise and processes.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, including communication forums, well-being activities, and feedback mechanisms to improve retention in a fast-paced, shift-based workforce.
- Support delivery of HR projects and change initiatives, such as shift pattern changes, restructures, training programmes, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the site(s).

For your application to be successful you will need:
- At least three years of experience as an Operational HR Business Partner
- Understanding and experience of a similar industry i.e. fulfilment centre, contract logistics, manufacturing, retail distribution centre etc
- Fluency in English - Added bonus if you have the ability to speak Mandarin!
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
