Lookup Flight Academy is a rapidly growing FAA Part 141 flight school partnered with Beulah Heights University to help students become professional pilots through federal financial aid, scholarships, and private student loans.
We're seeking an experienced Student Finance & Financial Aid professional to help students secure funding for flight training. Your mission is to guide students from admission to funded enrollment.
- Guide students through FAFSA, Pell Grants, and financial aid or private loan.
- Assist with scholarships, payment plans, and private student loans.
- Work with lenders such as Sallie Mae, Stratus Financial, Edly, and others.
- Counsel students and families on funding options.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA, Title IV, and institutional policies.
- Improve funding processes and enrollment conversion.
- 2 years in a College Financial Aid, Student Finance, Bursar, Student Accounts, or Enrollment Services office.
- Experience with FAFSA, Pell Grants, Title IV, and student financial counseling.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Aviation experience is a plus but not required.
