Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Lawrenceville, GA location. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining office organization, and supporting daily operations. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support office operations and leadership
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document organization, data entry, and record management
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team
