Lookout Pest Control is hiring a driven, competitive Sales Consultant to grow our Charleston market. This is a $40,000 base salary uncapped commission role with a clear path to $100K for high performers.

What You’ll Own
- Close warm inbound leads (INB)
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
- Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
This is a field-based role, you’ll control your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your results.

What You Bring
- Sales experience with measurable KPIs (required)

- Valid driver’s license
