As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Atlanta, GA operations and take one of our most important markets to the next level.
What You'll Do
Operations & P&L Ownership
- Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health
- Manage fleet, inventory, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales representatives, and office staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs
- Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning
Sales Growth
- Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies
- Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close commercial and residential accounts
- Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share across the greater Atlanta area
- Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and community partners
Customer Experience
- Champion service quality and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed Lookout's benchmarks
- Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Uphold Lookout's brand standards in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of branch, district, or operations management experience, preferably in pest control, home services, facilities management, or a related field
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets
- Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM and operations management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in Georgia)
