Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Installer situated in Southport, NC. The Lead Installer will be responsible for the professional installation of blinds, shutters, and other window treatment products. Key responsibilities include measuring, assembling, and securely installing products while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The role also involves troubleshooting, assisting with product customization, and managing a team, ensuring timely and accurate installations.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in measurement, installation, and assembly of window treatments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills to guide a team during installations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
