As a Crisis Intervention Professional (CIP), you will assist the people we support to achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities at home, work and in the community.
- Ensure that individuals supported are treated with respect and dignity
- Interacts in a polite, honest, positive and professional manner
- Supports people in activities of their own choosing at home and in the community
- Physical intervention (Safety Skills) designed to assist individuals who lose self-control to regain control
- Participate in regular training and evaluation of effective intervention techniques
