Looking Glass is Hiring an Assistant Director for Outpatient Services!
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Director position is responsible for culturally informed leadership and clinical supervision of mental health supervisors and therapists, assisting in the overall performance of the Counseling Program, and for the effective and efficient operation of outpatient services
Education: Master's degree in Counseling, psychology, social work or related field
Experience: Full-time equivalent of 3 years of experience working in direct treatment with children,
adolescents, and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues, and their families
Availability: Monday – Friday, generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some early evenings
Certifications: Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Must be certifiable as a Qualified Mental Health Professional
Knowledge of: Applicable laws, rules, regulations, best practices and standards of assigned area.
Behavioral health best practices for all age ranges and clinical practice modalities.
Program development and evaluation methods and techniques.
Essential Functions
This position has responsibility over aspects of the Counseling Program including but not limited to; Internal operations such as compliance and licensing requirements, Personnel oversights, Program development, Funding strategies and budget review, and Community Relations. Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
